I made Christmas goodie tins for our neighbors this year, and wanted to share the 3 recipes I made for them! These 3 recipes are SO easy and fast to make, and delicious.

RECIPE ONE

GINGER CRINKLES

Oven Temp: 350

Bake Time: 8-9 minutes

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cup flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

Sift all dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup molasses

1 egg

Mix the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and then slowly mix in the medium bowl with the dry ingredients.

I then roll the dough into small balls, and roll through sugar (just fill a small bowl with sugar to roll all of the dough balls in). Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes! Cool and enjoy!

RECIPE TWO

Rocky Road Fudge

2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips

One can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz can)

Melt the chips + condensed milk for 2 minutes in the microwave.

Mix in 1 tsp of vanilla

Fold in 2-3 cups of mini marshmellows

Fold in 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Put in fridge for 2-3 hours, until it hardens! I cut into really small pieces because they are rich!

RECIPE 3

Christmas Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookies

By far the quickest and easiest recipe!

I purchased pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough from the store, as well as premade christmas sugar cookies!

Roll the cookie dough into a ball, and press down onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. I then placed the sugar cookie in the middle. Bake at 350 for about 15-17 minutes. Cool and serve!
