SKINCARE

Tezza-2442.JPG

The reason I am so passionate about skincare is because acne truly took away my confidence, and my smile for 13+ years. I truly thought that I was not beautiful because of my skin. I let my skin define me for so many years. Your skin does not define you! But there are ways to feel and look your best! I have been researching clean skincare products for the past couple of years, and have asked my dermatologist endless questions about each product. Everyone's skin is different. I had to try a lot of products before I found the perfect fit!

AM ROUTINE

CLEANSE WITH FOLLAIN + CLEAR STEM MOISTURIZER + FACE REALITY SUNSCREEN

PM ROUTINE

CLEANSE WITH FOLLAIN +  DOUBLE CLEANSE WITH CLEARSTEM VITAMIN SCRUB + CLEARSTEM SERUM + FACE REALITY HYDRATING GEL + CLEARSTEM MOISTURIZER

I LIKE TO USE THE VANITY PLANET FACIAL STEAMER FOR 20 MINUTES, TO CLEAR OUT MY PORES ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK

I ALSO LIKE TO USE THE FOLLAIN DUAL DETOX MASK ONCE A WEEK, THIS PULLS OUT DIRT, OILS, ETC, AND HELPS A LOT WITH THE TEXTURE OF YOUR SKIN!

TIPS + TRICKS

-Double cleansing is a great way to make sure all impurities are removed from your face
-Apply moisturizer both AM + PM after you cleanse to stay hydrated (especially during dry seasons)
-Try to avoid touching your face, as this makes your skin more prone to breakouts due to the transfer of bacteria
-Change your pillow case a couple times a week, so many oils from your hair, etc get transferred onto your pillow case!
-Exfoliate 2x per week in order to get rid of old skin cells
-CLEAN YOUR MAKE UP BRUSHES EVERY WEEK
-Stay hydrated and drink a LOT of water. This will help rid the body and skin of toxins.
-Get a facial every month, this helps your skin stay clear and allows your products to work to the best of their ability! Your esthetician can get things that you can't and shouldn't do on your own!
-Change your face masks every day!
-I sleep with a running humidifier by my bed every night (use filtered water inside!)
