PEANUT BUTTER MINI REESES COOKIES

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Ingredients:

+ 1/2 cup sugar

+ 1/2 cup brown sugar

+ 1/2 cup butter

+ 1 egg

+ 1/2 tsp vanilla

+ 1 1/4 cup flour

+ 3/4 baking soda

+ 1/4 tsp salt

+ 1 bag of mini Reese’s cups

Directions:

Add both sugars and butter (softened). Mix. Add egg and vanilla. Mix. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Roll into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes. Once removed from the oven, add the peanut butter cup to the center of the cookie. Let cool and enjoy! :)
