FALL PUMPKIN PANCAKE RECIPE!


This recipe is SO easy and delicious! The perfect Fall morning breakfast option.



INGREDIENTS

+ one egg

+ 6 T pumpkin puree

+ 2 T melted butter

+ one cup cold milk


+ one 1/4 cup flour

+ 2 T sugar

+ 2 tsp baking powder

+ 1/2 tsp cinnamon

+ 1/2 tsp ginger

+ 1/2 tsp salt



DIRECTIONS

+Melt the 2 tsp butter. Mix (or hand whisk) together the melted butter, egg, pumpkin puree, and milk.

+ In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Flour through salt.

+ Sift in the dry ingredients into the pumpkin puree/butter mixture.


Serve and enjoy!
