EASY + QUICK DINNER IDEA!




We love this shrimp pasta recipe! Just added some roasted veggies (baked at 400 for 30 minutes, topped with olive oil + garlic salt) and some garlic bread!


First boil pasta of your choice (I prefer like an angel hair or spaghetti for this recipe). In a pan saute some olive oil + a few cloves of pressed garlic + 2 T butter. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp (I used the pre-cooked garlic shrimp from Costco) and fully cook if you're using fresh un-cooked shrimp. Sprinkle some italian seasoning in and mix. I then add the cooked pasta, and mix into the shrimp + garlic mixture. Squeeze some fresh lemon over the pasta mixture, and mix in. Then add about 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (sometimes I add a little extra for extra cheesiness) and 2 T more of butter (until it's melted). Mix all together, serve hot, and enjoy! Makes yummy leftovers too!
